Over-The-Counter (OTC)

Our OTC plan provides eligible members with up to $150 every three months to spend on covered over-the-counter health items. This includes essentials like vitamins, pain relievers, toothpaste, first aid supplies, and more to help you stay healthy and well.

These members can use their OTC allowance at any participating network provider listed on our website or conveniently access CVS Home Delivery Services at www.mybenefitscenter.com.

OTC benefit allowances are credited on the first day of each quarter (January, April, July, and October), and expire on the last day of the quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31). Please note that unused OTC funds do not roll over from one quarter to the next or from one year to the next.
